15-Year-Old Critically Injured After Vehicle Collision

A 15-year-old male is hospitalized with critical injuries following an incident where he was struck by a vehicle. The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary reported that the collision, involving a silver Ford Fiesta and a pedestrian, occurred at 18:00 GMT on Saturday on New Street, close to ATS Tyres in Andover. Authorities apprehended a 29-year-old woman, an Andover resident, on suspicion of operating a vehicle while impaired by drugs. She has since been released as the investigation continues.
