The striker stated his commitment to doing everything possible to “rediscover the best version of himself” and “finally get off this emotional rollercoaster.” Throughout the current season, the forward has accumulated 66 minutes of play across four Premier League matches, having recently made appearances from the bench after overcoming a previous injury.
