A 17-year-old male is currently hospitalized in critical condition after sustaining a stab wound to the chest within Nottingham city centre. Emergency responders were dispatched to High Street just after 04:00 GMT, responding to initial reports of the assault. Nottinghamshire Police confirmed that a security cordon had been established in the vicinity as part of their ongoing investigation. The aforementioned cordon has since been removed, allowing tram services to recommence operations through the affected area. The police force has issued an appeal, urging any potential witnesses to provide relevant information.
