West Midlands Police have destroyed cannabis plants with an estimated street value of £300,000 following an operation at a Birmingham property. Officers from the force executed a drugs warrant at a residence situated on Manor Road North in Edgbaston, acting on intelligence received. Approximately 300 plants were confiscated from the premises during the raid, which took place on Friday morning. Police investigations concerning the illicit drug cultivation site are ongoing, officers confirmed. They also emphasized that routine operations are conducted to target drug manufacturing facilities, suppliers, and dealers.
