Man Charged with Attempted Murder Following Cornwall Stabbing

Police have announced that an 18-year-old male has been charged with attempted murder in connection with a stabbing incident in Cornwall. The individual, who is described as having no fixed address, received the charge subsequent to a 31-year-old man sustaining a stab wound to the neck on Wednesday evening in Camborne’s Basset Road. According to the Devon and Cornwall force, the victim’s injuries are not considered to be life-threatening or to have life-altering consequences. In addition to the attempted murder charge, the suspect also faces charges of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and attempted robbery, and is scheduled to appear at Bodmin Magistrates Court this Saturday.
