To have a performance like that was special.” Smith further commented on the team’s focus, noting that concentrating solely on the crowd could have led to distraction. He emphasized that “We stuck to the process and plan, and scoring nice tries is always welcome. It was mostly about just being us and playing the best we can.” Despite the win, Smith conveyed disappointment regarding “The last two tries,” adding, “I think we all clocked off a bit and that isn’t good enough.
