An individual has been charged with attempted murder following a shooting incident at a park that resulted in serious injuries to another man. Police responded to reports of shots fired at Caludon Castle Park, located on Farren Road in Coventry, around 22:20 BST on 21 October. West Midlands Police confirmed that a man in his 20s is still hospitalized, suffering from serious facial injuries. A 19-year-old male from Sandwell was formally charged with attempted murder on Monday. He has been placed in police custody and was scheduled to make an appearance at Birmingham Magistrates Court at a later time.
