A 31-year-old individual has faced charges in court concerning the alleged rape of a 16-year-old girl within a car park located in Dundee. Ryan Masters, a resident of Dundee, did not enter a plea during a concise private session held at Dundee Sheriff Court. According to prosecutors, the alleged incident of rape involving the girl occurred in Dundee’s Cowgate area on 10 November.
