Submitting a picture signifies agreement with the BBC’s Terms and Conditions and its privacy policy. By contributing to Oxfordshire’s Big Picture, individuals grant the BBC a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to publish and utilize the material in any desired manner, across all global media.
