Charges of attempted murder have been filed against two individuals following a serious assault on a man in Kent. Law enforcement responded to the Cowper Road vicinity in Margate shortly after 18:30 GMT on Friday, prompted by a report of a man sustaining an assault and stab wounds. The victim was transported to a London hospital, where his condition is currently described as serious but stable, according to Kent Police. Leigh Moxam, aged 32, residing at Railway Road, Newhaven, East Sussex, and Donna Green, aged 44, who has no fixed address, face charges of attempted murder and are scheduled to appear before Canterbury Crown Court on 13 January. Authorities suspect that the two accused individuals had a prior acquaintance with the victim. In addition to the attempted murder charge, Mr Moxam faces charges for criminal damage, two counts of possessing a bladed article in a public place, and three counts of assaulting an emergency worker. Ms Green is also charged with one count of possessing a bladed article in a public place.
