An individual has been formally accused following an incident where four people sustained injuries from a corrosive substance. According to Kent Police, a group was involved in a public disturbance just before 01:15 GMT on Saturday, occurring on Mansion Street in Margate. Police reported that four individuals were reportedly sprayed with a liquid; two of these individuals sustained injuries to their faces, while the remaining two experienced reddening and irritation. Ronnie Tudor, aged 19, residing at St Luke’s Avenue in Ramsgate, faces charges including two counts of causing grievous bodily harm with intent, possession of a corrosive substance (specifically ammonia) in a public place, and administering a noxious thing with intent to injure or aggrieve. He made an appearance at Folkestone Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday and was subsequently remanded in custody pending his next court date on 16 December at Canterbury Court Court.
