The popular Trentham Estate tourist attraction will now be managed by a new operator. Multi-Realm, a firm specializing in leisure destination management, has been officially named as the manager for the 725-acre estate located in Stoke-on-Trent. Multi-Realm stated its intention to collaborate with Blackstone, the owner, to “further strengthen the destination” and “enhance what is a much-loved attraction for visitors”. Dan Mason, the Managing Director at Multi-Realm, expressed his “delighted” sentiment regarding the chance to contribute to “such a prestigious asset.” He further stated, “We very much look forward to working with the superb Trentham Estate team to build on what is already a very successful business.” With an annual footfall exceeding 3.2 million, the estate stands as one of the most frequented attractions within the West Midlands. Its features encompass the Italian gardens, Trentham Shopping Village, Monkey Forest, and the Blue Diamond garden centre, which spans 64,749 sq ft (6,017 sq m). Alastair Budd, a senior director at the Trentham Estate, conveyed the team’s anticipation of collaborating with the newly appointed operator. He remarked, “The Trentham Estate is a real gem and something Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent can be really proud of.” Budd added, “We know that people come from many miles around to experience what we have to offer, and we have lots of exciting plans that we can’t wait to deliver and share with our visitors.” For updates, follow BBC Stoke & Staffordshire on BBC Sounds, Facebook, X, and Instagram.
