Two teenage boys and a man have been apprehended following an assault in which a 14-year-old boy sustained head and leg injuries. Gloucestershire Police responded to the incident on Golden Close, Tuffley, Gloucester, at approximately 17:45 GMT on Sunday. Reports indicated that a group of males, described as riding bikes and scooters and wearing face coverings, had attacked a boy. The group subsequently fled towards Homeleigh Park, and the victim was transported to a hospital by paramedics, where he currently remains. The individuals arrested include a 14-year-old boy, a 15-year-old boy, and an 18-year-old man, all detained on suspicion of affray. These arrests occurred after armed officers conducted operations at various addresses throughout the city. Additionally, the 15-year-old was also taken into custody on suspicion of possessing class B drugs. All three suspects are currently being held for questioning. The police force stated that the arrests followed comprehensive search operations, which received support from the National Air Service. Law enforcement officials have indicated that it is currently unknown whether any weapons were employed during the incident. Furthermore, it is believed that the individuals involved in the event are acquainted with one another.
