A correctional officer in Guernsey has entered a plea of not guilty regarding an accusation of indecent exposure towards a woman. Jason Francis Tardif, aged 53 and residing in St Sampson’s, made an appearance before Guernsey’s Magistrate’s Court. The charge against him specifies intentionally exposing his genitals with the intention another person would see them and cause alarm or distress, following an incident that occurred on 28 June. Mr Tardif has been released on bail and is scheduled to return to court in early 2025.
