An attempted murder charge has been brought against a 16-year-old male after a man sustained “serious knife injuries” during an altercation in Nottingham. Law enforcement officials were dispatched to St Ann’s Way in St Ann’s around 23:00 GMT on Sunday, following reports of a confrontation between two individuals. The injured party, who is in his thirties, was transported to a hospital and is currently in a stable condition, as confirmed by Nottinghamshire Police. The 16-year-old, whose identity is legally protected, is scheduled to appear before Nottingham Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, facing charges of attempted murder and possession of an offensive weapon in a public place.
