A man has been formally accused of theft after a quantity of Christmas selection boxes was taken from a retail outlet in Lancashire. According to Lancashire Police, approximately £60 worth of festive chocolates were removed from the B&M store situated at Twad Valley Retail Park in Skelmersdale on October 31. The police force further stated that officers have been monitoring areas prone to shoplifting and collaborating with retailers as part of Operation Vulture. A 38-year-old man, identified as being from Blakehall, is scheduled to appear before Preston Magistrates’ Court at a later date.
