Law enforcement is searching for three armed individuals who forcibly entered a residence located on a tranquil residential road. Gloucestershire Police have issued an appeal for anyone who might have observed the aggravated burglary that occurred in Phelps Mill Close, Dursley, at approximately 17:30 GMT on Friday, to contact them. Upon gaining access to the premises, the men, each concealed by a balaclava, issued threats to the residents before making their escape towards the primary thoroughfare. Authorities confirmed that no individuals sustained injuries during the event, though they stated the victims were “badly shaken by the ordeal.” Armed police personnel responded to the location in an attempt to locate the men, and an axe was discovered at an adjacent property a brief time afterward. A single individual has been apprehended in relation to the incident and has subsequently been granted bail as investigations proceed. Law enforcement indicated that the premises where the occurrence transpired underwent forensic examination and verified that door-to-door inquiries were conducted, but they reiterated their request for anyone who may have witnessed the events or possesses pertinent information to come forward. Descriptions of two suspects included dark-colored attire with hoods, while the third suspect was reported to be dressed in a light blue hoodie and black Adidas jogging bottoms.
