Derby County, under the management of Paul Warne, suffered a defeat at Stoke on Saturday. As the team prepares for Wednesday’s match at Coventry, where they will seek their first away win of the season, manager Warne has stated he will not voice complaints regarding injuries. The Rams have secured merely two points from their seven away games played this season and are still without Ryan Nambe and David Ozoh. “I can’t moan about injuries because I’ve got 25 players,” Warne told BBC Radio Derby. He further elaborated, “There are always going to be injuries, suspensions, lack of form and you’ve just got to shuffle the pack and try to get your best players out there.” Derby has been missing full-back Nambe and midfielder Ozoh in recent weeks, a situation Warne acknowledges has created difficulties. “Ryan being out means we don’t have an out-and-out defensive right-back so that makes it a bit more awkward and David was playing really well so he’s a big miss,” he added. Warne also noted, “Both of them will be welcomed back but as I know, when you get those two back there’ll be two other issues.” Coventry has achieved victories in their last two Championship fixtures, scoring six goals in the process, and Warne is anticipating a formidable challenge. “They’ve got one of the most experienced managers outside the Premier League,” said Warne. He continued, “I’ve played under Mark Robins and with him, they are a proper team with a really good age.” Post navigation Chelsea Rule Out January Loan for Adarabioyo Tawanda Maswanhise Maintains Focus on County Despite Zimbabwe Call-Up
