Following Hibernian’s 4-1 defeat to Dundee, head coach David Gray shared his thoughts with Premier Sports. He stated: “I understand why the fans are as frustrated as they are, it’s the same for myself. An enormous credit to the fans.” Gray expressed his anger over the loss, noting that the team had started the game well before a red card incident. He described this as “A moment of madness cost us the game. From that moment on, you are up against it.” The coach attributed the defeat to numerous individual errors, emphasizing that “10 players on the pitch need to be better in the moment. It is not good enough. We are losing too many goals from avoidable situations from our point of view.” Gray concluded by taking full responsibility for the outcome, asserting: “I’m not shying away from it. It is 100 percent my responsibility.”
