Aberdeen midfielder Sivert Nilsen has stated that the fervent dedication of the club’s supporters elicits “goosebumps” from him. The 33-year-old Norwegian, who transferred to the Dons from Brann during the summer, has expressed his enjoyment of his tenure in the north east to date. The midfielder remarked, “As a kid I was always dreaming of playing in this culture,” adding, “The way people in Aberdeen are talking about the club, how they live through the club, has been amazing for me as someone who is so passionate about football. “I get goosebumps when I talk about this because football is a really important thing in my life and it’s the same for many people here. “That’s been great for me to come here and feel this.”” Anticipating Saturday’s fixture against Hibs, Nilsen reflected on the thrilling 3-3 draw at Easter Road last month and voiced his desire for a better performance at Pittodrie. He commented, “We had periods where we were good but we had periods where we struggled a lot. A draw was probably a fair result,” before concluding, “Hopefully tomorrow we can bring in a performance that makes us deserve the win.”” Post navigation Farrell to Evaluate Squad’s “Energy Levels” Before Potential Team Adjustments Early Dismissal Influences Dundee’s 4-1 Victory Over Hibernian
