Abdullah Bellil, 29, has been charged with disseminating terrorist materials and supporting the Islamic State group, following his arrest by police at his Southampton home on Wednesday. The accusations, which relate to activities occurring between July 2023 and October 2024, comprise three counts of promoting terrorist publications through social media channels and a single count of expressing support for the Islamic State. Mr. Bellil is scheduled to appear before Westminster magistrates at a subsequent time.
