Man Arrested Following Pub Altercation That Injured Three

An individual has been taken into custody following an altercation at a pub that resulted in injuries to three people, among them a woman who sustained serious facial wounds inflicted by a glass. North Yorkshire Police responded to reports of a disturbance at the White Horse, located on North Street in Ripon, at approximately 23:15 GMT on Friday. Upon the arrival of law enforcement personnel, the individuals suspected of involvement had already departed; however, three injured persons were discovered. These included a man who had been punched and kicked, a woman who had been struck in the face, and another woman who suffered facial injuries. The police force stated that a 22-year-old man was subsequently apprehended on suspicion of wounding with intent and assault, and has since been released on conditional police bail.
