A man who was arrested in connection with a fatal road accident in Norfolk has been released on bail. The collision, which occurred on Wednesday evening, involved a blue Vauxhall Astra and a white Range Rover Evoque on the southbound carriageway of the A47, between Hopton-on-Sea and Gorleston. The driver of the Range Rover, a man in his 30s, died at the scene of the incident. Norfolk Police reported that the driver of the Vauxhall, a man in his 20s, who had been apprehended on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and drug-driving, was released on bail until 5 March 2025.
