A man has entered a plea of not guilty to the charge of murdering another man in Illogan last month. Daniel Lynch, 38, who resides at Bosmeor Park, Illogan, stands accused of murdering 39-year-old Shane Lynch, with the alleged incident taking place between November 10 and 12. On November 12, at approximately 04:20 GMT, Devon and Cornwall Police received a call from the ambulance service concerning reports of a man sustaining serious injuries at a residence in Bosmeor Park. Shane Lynch subsequently passed away at the location. During proceedings at Truro Crown Court on Friday, it was revealed that Daniel Lynch remains remanded in custody and is scheduled to face trial in April 2025.
