Lincoln Castle Walls to be Illuminated by 38,000 Lights

Over 38,000 lights are set to adorn the walls of Lincoln Castle during the festive period leading up to Christmas. The illumination will commence later and subsequently operate every Wednesday through Sunday until December 23. The castle grounds will also feature food and drink provisions, a snow-generating machine, a fairground attraction, and a miniature Christmas Express train ride. Lincolnshire County Council has stated that the entry gates will open at 17:30 GMT on weekday evenings and at 16:00 on weekends, with all activities concluding at 21:00. Specific evenings accommodating dogs are scheduled for December 4, December 11, and December 18.
