An appeal for witnesses has been issued by the RSPCA following the death of a seagull, which was reportedly killed after being repeatedly stamped upon. The incident occurred in Blackpool, Lancashire, specifically in the Springfield Road vicinity, around 12:17 GMT on Tuesday. According to the charity, a man was observed allegedly kicking at a group of gulls, resulting in one becoming trapped beneath his foot and subsequently dying. In connection with their investigation, the RSPCA has released a CCTV image of an individual present in the area at the time, whom they wish to interview.
