Developer Wain Homes has confirmed the completion of its purchase of three sites spanning Devon and Cornwall. This acquisition is part of the company’s initiative to construct more than 500 new homes. The sites secured by Wain Homes include two in Cornwall, located in Truro and Liskeard, and one in Devon, situated in Yelland. Wain Homes stated its intention to begin construction later this month on 274 new homes at Dudman Farm, which lies on the outskirts of Truro city centre. Concurrently, 202 homes are slated for development at Tencreek Farm in Liskeard. The firm further noted that 80 homes are planned for Yelland, in north Devon, with the first units expected to be completed by spring 2025.
