Teenage Brothers Charged in Machete Attack on Off-Duty Officer

Two teenage brothers have been charged with attempted murder following a machete assault on an off-duty police officer. Hannan Mahmood, 19, and Humar Mahmood, 18, both of Belmont Road, Luton, were apprehended on Friday.
