Four individuals have been apprehended on suspicion of attempted murder following a stabbing incident involving a man on a public street. The victim, a man in his 40s, sustained injuries during what law enforcement officials characterized as an “isolated incident” that occurred on Alexander Street in Tyldesley, Wigan, around 08:50 GMT on Friday, according to Greater Manchester Police. He was transported to a hospital for treatment of wounds described as serious yet not life-threatening, the police force further stated. Among those taken into custody on suspicion of attempted murder are a 17-year-old girl, a 19-year-old woman, and two men who are in their 20s.
