A man has died in the aftermath of a houseboat fire. Firefighters were summoned to Lechlade Marina in Gloucestershire around 06:30 GMT following reports of a blaze. Gloucestershire Police confirmed the death of a man who had been on board the vessel. The police force further stated that it is in the process of notifying his next of kin, and the coroner has been apprised of the situation. The origin of the fire is currently under investigation.
