Guernsey Police have issued guidance on the proper use of mini roundabouts. This action follows reports indicating their incorrect usage, which has led to safety concerns. The police specified that these reports particularly pertained to the mini roundabout located at Colborne Road, situated at the summit of Le Val des Terres. Citing the Highway Code, the police stated: “You should pass around the central markings of a mini roundabout unless your vehicle is of such a size that it is physically incapable of doing so.” According to the police, adhering to the correct procedure for using roundabouts ensures that traffic flows safely and without impediment.
