Ashes urn discovered at Leeds bus station, owner urged to come forward

An urn holding human ashes was discovered at a bus station located in West Yorkshire. According to officials, the container was found at Leeds bus station on Thursday by a security guard. A representative for the West Yorkshire Combined Authority stated that the urn is being “kept safe” on the bus station premises. They further added, “We would urge the owner to speak to staff, or to contact Metro, so the object can be safely returned.”
