An investigation has commenced following a fire that destroyed a residence situated on one of Leeds’ most expensive streets. Fire crews were dispatched to the blaze on Sandmoor Drive in Alwoodley on Thursday evening, shortly after 19:00 BST. West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue confirmed that the property was derelict and no individuals sustained injuries.
