Italian Expert Outlines Expectations for Incoming Southampton Manager Ivan Juric

Italian Football Expert Daniele Verri shared his insights with BBC Radio Solent regarding what Southampton supporters can anticipate from their new manager, Ivan Juric. Verri stated, “He normally plays with a three-man defence with a lone striker. He used to like having a player behind the striker, a sort of playmaker up front. In the last few years he has changed his tactical opinion so he hasn’t been playing a lot with the man behind the lone striker.” Verri further characterized Juric, remarking, “He is a manager who speaks directly – a man of personality.
