Residents are invited to submit their photographs of Oxfordshire to be featured daily, offering an opportunity to appreciate the county’s scenic beauty. Submissions can be made through BBC Weather Watchers or by emailing southweather@bbc.co.uk. To submit images, individuals can use BBC Weather Watchers or send them to southweather@bbc.co.uk. For creative guidance, advice from three of England’s Big Picture photographers is available. When emailing photographs, it is necessary to include specific accompanying information. While all submissions are accepted, preference is given to images captured within the preceding week. An archive of previously featured pictures is accessible on Instagram under the hashtags #bbcsouthnews and #OxfordshiresBigPicture. By submitting a picture, contributors acknowledge and agree to the BBC’s Terms and Conditions and its privacy policy. Participation in Oxfordshire’s Big Picture entails granting the BBC a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to publish and utilize the submitted material across all media platforms globally.
