Following a stabbing incident on Monday, two youths, aged 14 and 18, have been taken into custody on suspicion of attempted murder. The 18-year-old victim, discovered with multiple injuries in King Street, Dawley, Telford, was transported to a hospital where his condition is currently stable. West Mercia Police confirmed that the arrests of the two individuals occurred on Tuesday, and they are presently being held in police custody. Detective Chief Inspector Jo Whitehead expressed gratitude, stating: “I would like to thank those who have come forward with information that has helped officers investigating the incident, which has led to two arrests.” The police force reiterated its appeal for anyone who may have witnessed the assault to come forward with information.
