The Met Police has reported that a cyclist passed away in east London following an incident involving a bus. According to the force, emergency services were dispatched to Westferry Road, close to Arnhem Place in the Isle of Dogs, around 00:30 GMT on Saturday, responding to notifications of a road traffic collision. The individual, identified as a male in his 40s, was pronounced dead at the location of the crash. His identity has not been released, and authorities are currently working to find his next-of-kin. The bus driver remained at the scene following the incident, and no arrests have been carried out. The police are appealing for anyone with relevant information to come forward and contact them.
