The BBC invites the public to view daily images showcasing Oxfordshire’s beauty, submitted by contributors. Images can be submitted through BBC Weather Watchers or by emailing southweather@bbc.co.uk. To submit a picture, individuals can use BBC Weather Watchers or send an email to southweather@bbc.co.uk. For guidance, tips from three of England’s Big Picture photographers are available. When emailing photographs, contributors are required to include specific information. While all submissions are welcome, pictures taken within the past week are more likely to be selected for publication. Archived pictures are accessible on Instagram using the hashtags #bbcsouthnews and #OxfordshiresBigPicture. Submitting a picture signifies agreement with the BBC’s Terms and Conditions and its privacy policy. By contributing to Oxfordshire’s Big Picture, individuals grant the BBC a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to publish and utilize the material as desired, across any media globally. It is important to note that contributors retain copyright to their submissions for Oxfordshire’s Big Picture, and if an image is accepted, the contributor’s name will be published alongside it.
