Donald Trump marked his election win by attending the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) event in New York, accompanied by Elon Musk and several individuals considered for his cabinet. Mr. Trump made his entrance into the arena amidst robust music and enthusiastic applause from the UFC 309 spectators at Madison Square Garden. He embraced US podcaster Joe Rogan and was seated for the majority of the evening between UFC president Dana White and Tesla CEO Musk. Among those also present were Robert F Kennedy Jr and Tulsi Gabbard, identified as two of Trump’s significant cabinet selections, in addition to Vivek Ramaswamy. Mr. Ramaswamy is slated to head Trump’s Department of Government Efficiency, focused on cost-cutting, alongside Musk.
