Students from a theatre school are preparing to present a series of dance and musical routines on stage at Disneyland Paris. A group of 38 young individuals from the Top Hat Theatre School in Dallington, Northampton, successfully auditioned to secure a performance slot on the park’s Videopolis stage during the upcoming October half-term. Phoebe and Darcy, both aged 13, expressed that they were “so excited” about the forthcoming performance. Schools from across Europe are also scheduled to perform throughout the week. The students’ presentations will feature six distinct routines, highlighting a variety of dance styles alongside musical theatre elements. Both Darcy and Phoebe harbor aspirations of performing in the West End. Darcy stated, “I’ve been to Disneyland Paris before but this time is going to be the best.” She added, “I’m more of a musical theatre girlie so I will be doing Happily Ever After, which is really cute.” Julie McKenna, Principal of Top Hat, commented, “It’s really nice to see young talent performing. These kids have no fear, they are awesome.” Post navigation Extension Granted for Free Waterfront Light Display ‘Monad’ Rare portrait of Anne Boleyn’s opponent sparks curatorial dilemma
