Police in Gainsborough are conducting an investigation into a series of BB or pellet gun attacks targeting homes. Authorities are seeking public assistance to identify those responsible, following eight separate reports of windows being shot. The incidents occurred in the areas of Park Springs Road and Riseholme Road, spanning from October 17 to October 28. Inspector Mike Head issued a warning, stating: “There is a significant risk that someone could end up very badly injured.” He additionally commented: “We have made it a priority for the local teams to investigate and find those responsible. “There is lots of work going on in the background, including following up on police intelligence and viewing CCTV and other footage, and we are also carrying out patrols in the area.”” Anyone with relevant information is encouraged to contact Lincolnshire Police.
