Leeds United manager Daniel Farke has indicated that his team must be “on it” given the anticipated difficulty in scoring against Swansea City this Sunday. Luke Williams’ squad has demonstrated strong defensive capabilities this season, conceding only 10 goals across 15 league matches, a record bettered by just four other Championship teams. Farke also anticipates that Swansea striker Liam Cullen will be highly confident against Leeds, having recently scored two goals for Wales in their midweek match against Iceland. Farke commented on Swansea’s defensive strength, stating, “It’s not easy to score goals against them (Swansea).” He further praised their tactical approach, adding, “I have to say they’re well-structured, I like a lot what they do in build-up and midfield play.” Regarding Cullen, Farke noted, “Cullen will play with confidence after scoring a brace for Wales. We are respectful, we have to be on it.” Ahead of their journey to south Wales, Leeds has reported no new injury concerns. While Isaac Schmidt will be unavailable due to a hernia problem, Largie Ramazani and Max Wober are expected to be fit for selection.
