Hull KR Secures Leon Ruan on Two-Year Deal

Leon Ruan, who concluded the previous season on loan at Hull FC from Leeds Rhinos, has been signed by Hull KR. The club announced a two-year contract for the former Leeds Rhinos forward following a successful trial period. The 21-year-old, who was released by the Rhinos in October, also had a loan spell last season with Hull FC, the Robins’ cross-city rivals. Ruan expressed his enthusiasm to the club website, stating, “I’m over the moon to be signing. The opportunity to come here was something I knew I had to grab with both hands and throw myself into.” He further added, “The trajectory of the club is something I’d love to be part of and I think this club is the best place to get the best out of me on the pitch.”
