Guernsey’s Sixth Form Centre Releases 2025 Prospectus, Emphasizes Supportive Atmosphere

Guernsey’s Sixth Form Centre has affirmed its dedication to cultivating a “caring, inclusive and supportive environment” as it published its prospectus for the 2025 academic year. The publication details an extensive selection of 49 subjects available for study, encompassing both A-levels and the International Baccalaureate. Furthermore, it outlines the centre’s core objectives, guiding principles, and assistance for university applications. The centre reported that preparations for its relocation to a new site at La Mare de Carteret, scheduled for September 2025, are making significant headway. The new premises are undergoing renovation to incorporate dedicated independent learning zones and a lecture hall. Principal Kieran James stated: “As a team we are excited by the opportunities the development of the new, standalone Sixth Form Centre, and the preparations to move to La Mare de Carteret, have presented.
