Norwich City is set to face Luton Town in a Championship match on Saturday at 15:00 GMT, following their impressive 6-1 victory against Plymouth Argyle in their previous fixture. During a press conference on Thursday, City head coach Johannes Hoff Thorup provided several key updates: Midfielder Liam Gibbs is undergoing a medical scan on Thursday for a hamstring injury, which is expected to sideline him for approximately 10 weeks. Thorup confirmed that striker Ashley Barnes experienced no issues after his substitute appearance against Plymouth. This marked the former Burnley player’s first minutes of the season after a prolonged injury lay-off. Chilean midfielder Marcelino Nunez has regained fitness and is now available for selection. Defender Jose Cordoba might feature against Luton, though his return from injury is considered more probable against QPR on 7 December.
