A third teenager has been charged in connection with the murder of a 17-year-old boy who died from stab wounds. Reuben Higgins sustained injuries on Station Road in Marston Green, near Solihull, on October 29 and passed away at the scene. His family, in a statement released through West Midlands Police, described him as a loving son who would be “dearly missed by his family and friends”. Abdurrahman Summers, 18, from Yardley, is scheduled to appear at Birmingham Magistrates Court on Saturday. Two 15-year-old boys have also been charged with murder in this case. Mr. Summers also faces a charge of possessing a bladed article. Reuben’s family further stated that he was a “loving son, grandson, brother, nephew and cousin who will be dearly missed by his family and friends”. They added, “Life will never be the same without him.”
