Over 300 cannabis plants, with an estimated street value of £323,000, have been confiscated from an industrial unit situated in Leeds. West Yorkshire Police carried out a drugs warrant on Friday at a premises located on Larchfield Road in Hunslet. During the operation, officers discovered 308 cannabis plants within the unit, alongside the remnants of a further 249 plants that had already been harvested. A 20-year-old man has been charged with the production of cannabis and remains in custody. He is scheduled to appear at Leeds Crown Court on 29 November.
