Shop employees in Coventry faced threats during two armed robberies that occurred within a 30-minute timeframe. West Midlands Police has released CCTV footage as part of its ongoing investigation into the incidents from Saturday. In the first occurrence, a man entered a retail establishment on Kenpas Highway just after 14:15 GMT. He threatened a shop worker before leaving without taking anything, though the premises sustained damage. Later, staff at a petrol station on Fletchamstead Highway were also threatened, and an undisclosed sum of money was stolen, as confirmed by the police force. Police have circulated an image of a man they are seeking to identify and have urged anyone with information to contact the force.
