Teen cyclist seriously hurt in moped collision

A teenage cyclist sustained serious injuries following a collision with a moped, an incident that led to the closure of a principal road in Oxford. A segment of Banbury Road in Summertown was inaccessible from approximately 08:20 GMT until its reopening around 17:00. The cyclist was transported to a hospital.
