Authorities have issued an appeal following a fatal collision involving a motorcyclist on the A511 in Leicestershire. According to Leicestershire Police, officers responded to the incident on a section of the road in Sinope, close to the Alton Hill junction, at 22:15 GMT on Monday. The collision involved a grey Hyundai i10 and an orange KTM 125 Duke motorcycle, resulting in the car departing the carriageway, the force reported. The motorcyclist, identified as a man in his 20s, succumbed to his injuries at the location of the crash. The driver of the car, a woman in her 40s, was transported to a hospital where she received treatment for injuries described as non life-threatening. Police confirmed that no arrests have been made in connection with the incident, and investigations are continuing. The police force has urged anyone who was traveling on the A511 between Coalville and Ashby on Monday and possesses relevant information to contact them.
